Д.Ф. Прышчэпаў: гісторыя асобы як гісторыя краіны

Abstract

Артыкул прысвечаны жыццю і дзейнасці наркома земляробства БССР (1924–1929 гг.). Д. Ф. Прышчэпава. У артыкуле прысутнічае імкненне прасачыць ідэі і накіраванасць палітыкі беларускіх савецкіх улад у 1920-я гг. Праз жыццё асобы вызначаецца спецыфіка аграрнага развіцця Беларусі, яе разуменне Д. Ф. Прышчэпавым; фактары, якія паўплывалі на светаўспрыманне і прафесійную дзейнасць Д. Ф. Прышчэпава. Даследуюцца асноўныя заканадаўчыя дакументы, што акрэслівалі развіццё беларускай вёскі ў міжваенны перыяд (з 1921 па 1939 г.). Дзейнасць Д. Ф. Прышчэпава пазначана ў параўнанні з іншымі кіраўнікамі Наркамата земляробства 1920-х гг. The article covers the life and work of the known Belarusian activist, Commissar of Agriculture of the BSSR (1924—1929) – D. F. Pryshchepau. The article has a desire to follow the ideas and policies of the Belarusian Soviet authorities in the 1920s through the life of this person. The features of the agricultural development of Belarus, its understanding by D. F. Pryshchepau, the factors that colored his philosophy and professional activities are determined. The basic legislative documents that describe the development of the Belarusian village in the interwar period (from 1921 to 1939) are studied. D.F.Pryshchepaus’ activities compared with the other leaders of The National Commissariat of Agriculture in the 1920s of the 20th century.
