| Abstract: | В статье проводится анализ постановлений бюро ЦК КП(б)Б за 1937 г. и за 1938 г. по организации антирелигиозной агитационно-пропагандисткой работы в республике. Исследована эффективность исполнения данных решений партийными, комсомольскими, профсоюзными и советскими структурами. Охарактеризованы основные противоречия в процессе распространения атеизма среди населения Беларуси и возможные пути совершенствования антирелигиозной информационно-разъяснительной работы партийно-государственных органов. Определены основные проблемы на пути создания общереспубликанской организационной структуры Союза воинствующих безбожников. Показана позиция низовых партийных руководителей по вопросу проведения атеистического воспитания в трудовых коллективах. Уточнены определяющие характеристики уровня религиозности населения и формы борьбы с ней. Проводится краткий анализ всей партийной агитационно-пропагандисткой системы республики и возможность ее использования в атеистическом перевоспитании. |
| Description: | The article analyses the decisions of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the CP(b)B for 1937 and for 1938 on the anti-religious agitation and propaganda work organization in the country. The author examines the efficiency of the implementation of these decisions by the Party, Komsomol, trade unions, and soviet structures. The main contradictions of atheism imposition on the population of Belarus and possible ways to improve the party and government anti-religious outreach are characterized. The key challenges in the creation of the nationwide Union of Militant Atheists are determined. The position of the grassroots party leaders on the issue of atheistic education in the workforce is displayed. The defining characteristics of the population religiosity level and forms of struggle with it are clarified. A brief analysis of the whole Party agitation and propaganda system of the country and the possibility of its use in an atheistic reeducation is carried out. |
