| Abstract: | The scientific article presents the concepts of personal legal status. The issues of personal legal status are extensively studied in legal science. However, there’s no consensus of opinion on the final definition of personal legal status. The authors give various definitions of personal legal status and try to prove their point of view on this issue. V. N. Kivel analyzes various sources on this subject and presents his vision of the concept of personal legal status. = Рассматривается понятие «правовой статус личности», которое в юридической науке исследовано достаточно широко. Однако общепринятое мнение о законченности формулировки правового статуса личности отсутствует. Приводятся определения правового статуса личности различными исследователями. На основе анализа научной литературы автор показывает свое видение понятия «правовой статус личности». |
