Abstract: The basic physicochemical parameters of formation of lowdimentional reticulate structures from polymeric precursors such as nitrocellulose and carboxylated nitrocellulose are determined. Carbon structures and various on function properties metaloxide structures from Sn02, Fe2O3, Co3O4, NiO, MgFe204 and YBa2Cu307-s, are received on the basis of the polymeric precursors structured in files with hexagonal symmetry of cells. The conducting properties of reticulate structures from carbon and SnO, are investigated and the mechanism of charge carry in them is offered.
