Европейская политика ФРГ: геополитический и институциональный аспект

Abstract

The European policy of the Federal Republic of Germany is examined in the regional and global context. The activities of the Weimar triangle are analyzed, this organization being one of the most important elements of the European political framework. The efforts of the German elite aimed at overcoming the negative consequences of the EU summit in Nice are evaluated. The importance of the German-Polish reconciliation for Europe’s future is stressed. A conclusion is made about the contradictory nature of the European Union reform process. Obstacles the organization may be confronted with in the medium term are enumerated, and ways of overcoming them are outlined. = Европейская политика ФРГ рассматривается в региональном и глобальном контексте. Анализируется деятельность Веймарской тройки как одного из важнейших элементов европейской политической архитектуры. Дается оценка усилиям немецкой элиты по преодолению негативных последствий саммита ЕС в Ницце. Подчеркивается важность немецко-польского примирения для будущего Европы. Делается вывод о противоречивом характере процесса реформирования Европейского союза. Перечисляются трудности, с которыми организация может столкнуться в среднесрочной перспективе, и намечаются пути их преодоления.
