Рэспубліка Беларусь — Еўрапейскі саюз: ад пацяплення да пагаршэння ўзаемаадносін (2010—2012 гг.)

Abstract

У артыкуле разглядаецца развіццё адносін паміж Рэспублікай Беларусь і Еўрапейскім саюзам у 2010—2012 гг. У гэтыя гады, пасля выбараў 19 снежня 2010 г., у адносінах адбыўся драматычны пералом. Апісваюцца падзеі 2010 г., калі беларуска-еўрапейскія стасункі захоўвалі пазітыўную дынаміку, і аналізуюцца перамены пасля 20 снежня 2010 г., якія абвастрылі сітуацыю. Гэта рэакцыя на дзеянні беларускай улады вядучых дзяржаў і галоўных органаў ЕС (палітычныя, візавыя і эканамічныя санкцыі) і прынятыя ў адказ меры афіцыйнага Мінска на дзеянні Бруселя і дзяржаў — членаў ЕС. Зроблены вывады і прагнозы наконт магчымай нармалізацыі ў адносінах Беларусі і ЕС. = The article deals with the development of relations between the Republic of Belarus and the EU in 2010—2012. During this period after the elections on December 19, 2010 the events came to a dramatic turning point. The first part of the article describes the events of 2010, when Belarusian-European relations retained positive dynamics. The second part analyses the events after December 20, 2010, when relations between Belarus and EU were thrown back to the worst times. It was a reaction to the Belarusian authorities actions from the leading states and main EU`s bodies (political, economic and visas sanctions) and the response of Minsk to Brussels and the EU member-states activities. In the end, main conclusions are drawn and predictions about possible normalizing of Belarus-EU relations.
