Abstract: | В статье анализируются процессы внешней миграции человеческих ресурсов Республики Беларусь и их влияние на социально-экономическое развитие страны. Рассмотрено влияние интеграционных процессов и создания различных интеграционных образований на интенсификацию миграции человеческих ресурсов. Оценен вклад внешней миграции населения в формирование трудоресурсного потенциала страны. Предложен ряд мер по совершенствованию миграционной политики страны в национальных интересах. = The authors analyze the processes of the human resources external migration of the Republic of Belarus and their impact on the social and economic development of the country. The impact of integration processes as well as of creation of various integration structures on the intensifi cation of human resources migration is considered. The contribution of external migration of the population to formation of the labour potential of the country is assessed. A number of measures for improvement of the country’s migration policy in the national interests are proposed. |
