HACIA UN REPLANTEAMIENTO DE LA TEORIA DE STAKEHOLDER: CUATRO PROPUESTAS INNOVADORAS

Abstract

The theories of the firms which are not based on property rights, such as the Stakeholder Theory or Multifiduciary Theory enable a new way of understanding the involvement of different “actors” that make possible the team production. The paper analyzes the theoretical basis of creation of value in the company focusing on the Stakeholders Management Model. The issue of the paper is that it is necessary an inductive approach to make possible the application of the Stakeholder Theory in the firm. Then, the fundamental thesis deals with the change from current deductive model in the analysis of stakeholder interests, which refers to an unlimited regression, to the inductive model, able to reunite the stakeholders in terms of their real interests and not according to the role they play in the company.
