Abstract

The purpose of work was development of test-system for authentication and determination of sensitiveness of anaerobic bacteria to the antibiotics. Developed «ID-ANA» the system of the single use serves for authentication of anaerobic bacteria and intended for determination of specific belonging of anaerobic microorganisms in a semi-fluid environment after 4-6 ch of incubation. The account of authentication is possible by sight or instrumental by the analyzer of F300TP and computer with «Microbi». Developed «AB-AN» the system of the single use serves for determination of sensitiveness of anaerobic microorganisms to the antibiotics in a semi-fluid environment after 18-24 ch of incubation in anaerobic terms.
