Abstract

The dynamics of the USA role under transition from a unipolar world of American hegemony to a new multupolar system is considered in the real context of the changes in the architecture of international relations; the system that is characterized by the loss of the USA position of world domination. Analyzed are the socio-political basics of American participation in the new multipolar structure of international relations, perspectives of the USA realizing the politics of cooperation and leadership, not that of hegemony and dictatorship. = В реальном контексте изменений «архитектуры» международных отношений рассматривается динамика роли США в переходе от однополярного мира американской гегемонии до новой многополярной системы, характеризующейся утратой США позиции мирового господства. Анализируются социально-политические основы американского участия в новой многополярной структуре международных отношений и перспективы реализации США политики сотрудничества и лидерства, а не гегемонии и диктата.
