| Abstract: | В работе рассмотрены и проанализированы основные этапы развития отношений между государствами Балтии и Беларусью в 1991—2014 гг. Выявлены главные тенденции развития внешней политики этих стран в отношении Беларуси. Отмечено, что в виду несовпадения внешнеполитических ориентиров сторон главную роль в развитии балтийско-белорусских отношений играли фактор соседства и обусловленные им интересы в сфере экономики и транзита. На основании представленного материала сделаны выводы о том, что в рассматриваемый период отношения с Беларусью не выделялись в качестве отдельного внешнеполитического вектора государств Балтии и наблюдалась очевидная корреляция их развития с европейским вектором внешней политики этих стран |
| Abstract (in another language): | The paper examines and analyzes the main stages in the development of relations between the Baltic states and Belarus in 1991-2014. The main trends in the development of the foreign policy of these countries regarding Belarus have been identified. It was noted that because of the discrepancy between the foreign policy guidelines of the parties, the main role in development of the Baltic-Belarusian relations was played by the factor of neighborhood and interests in the sphere of economy and transit. Based on the presented material, it was concluded that during the period under review, relations with Belarus didn’t form a separate foreign policy vector of the Baltic states, and there was an obvious correlation of their development with the European vector of the foreign policy of these countries |
