| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается профессиональная культура будущих инженеров, учитывающая их мотивационную направленность, ориентацию на приобретение новых знаний, умений, навыков и опыта деятельности. Профессиональная культура будущих инженеров представлена как интегративная совокупность компетентностей, инвариантных к области технико-технологической деятельности, с учетом компонентных, структурных, интегративных, функциональных и коммуникативных требований, предъявляемых к профессиональной деятельности инженеров. Выделяются внутренние и внешние основные детерминанты, обуславливающие развитие культуры личности будущего инженера. Сформулировано определение профессиональной культуры инженера. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the professional culture of future engineers, which takes into account their motivational focus, orientation to the acquisition of new knowledge, skills, skills and experience. Professional culture of future engineers is represented as an integrative combination of competencies of invariant to the field of technical and technological activities, including competent, structural, integrative, functional and communicative requirements for professional activities of engineers. Domestic and external key determinants are distinguished, which cause the development of the culture of the personality of the future engineer. The definition of the professional culture of the engineer is formulated. |
