| Abstract: | В статье раскрывается подвижническая деятельность в первые послереволюционные годы будущего первого ректора Белорусского государственного университета Владимира Ивановича Пичеты по спасению архивов. В. И. Пичета являлся главным инспектором Главархива и руководил работой инспекторов и губернских уполномоченных ГУАД по собиранию документального наследия и организации провинциальных архивов в сложные годы Гражданской войны. Анализируется организаторская работа Пичеты по подготовке съезда губернских уполномоченных (1919), а также 1-й Всероссийской конференции архивных деятелей. В качестве руководителя Научно-теоретическим отделом создавал разборочные комиссии в провинции и поверочную комиссию в центре, благодаря деятельности которых были спасены в условиях бумажного голода многие ценные архивные фонды от передачи на бумажные фабрики. Являлся членом редакционно-издательской коллегии Центрархива, способствуя публикаторской работе |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the selfless activities of the future first rector of the Belarusian State University, Vladimir Ivanovich Picheta, on saving archives in the first post-revolutionary years. V. I. Picheta was the chief inspector of the The Main Archive Department and supervised the work of inspectors and provincial commissioners of The Main Department of Archival Affairs on collecting documentary heritage and organizing provincial archives during the difficult years of the Civil War. The article analyzes the organizational work of Picheta on the preparation of the Congress of provincial commissioners (1919), as well as the First All-Russian Conference of archival activists. As the head of the Scientific and Theoretical Department, he created debriefing committees in the province and a verification committee in the center. Thanks to the activities of those committees, many valuable archival funds were saved from being transferred to paper mills in the conditions of acute paper shortage. He was a member of the editorial and publishing board of the Central Archive, contributing to publishing work |
