| Abstract: | Насилие в отношении женщин продолжает оставаться одной из ключевых проблем общественной жизни, поскольку ведет к увеличению показателей смертности и тяжелым последствиям для здоровья. В условиях пандемии COVID-19 статистика случаев насилия увеличилась в связи с карантинными мерами и другими ограничениями. Всемирная организация здравоохранения уделяет международному сотрудничеству по решению проблемы насилия большое внимание, которое усилилось в условиях реализации Повестки дня ООН в области устойчивого развития на период до 2030 г. Посредством институционального и структурно-функционального методов, метода анализа документов, системного и междисциплинарного подходов, а также на основе анализа документов ВОЗ и их реализации авторы статьи всесторонне характеризуют деятельность организации в XXI в. по борьбе с насилием в отношении женщин. В статье обоснован тезис о том, что решение проблемы является одним из приоритетов ВОЗ, выделены основные формы работы организации в этом направлении, подчеркнута ее роль как авторитетного координатора международного сотрудничества в указанной области |
| Abstract (in another language): | Violence against women continues to be one of the key problems of public life, as it leads to an increase in the mortality rate and severe health consequences. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the statistics of cases of violence increased due to quarantine measures and other restrictions. The World Health Organization has introduced the problem of intimate partner violence into consideration for the first time, opening the "cultural" curtain on the problem of domestic violence, and also conducted a study on assessing the prevalence of violence against women. WHO attaches great importance to international cooperation to address the problem of violence, which has intensified in the context of the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Agenda for the period up to 2030. Through institutional and structural-functional methods, the method of document analysis, systemic and interdisciplinary approaches, as well as on the basis of the analysis of WHO documents and their implementation, the authors of the article comprehensively characterize the organization’s activities in the XXI century to combat violence against women. The thesis that solving the problem is one of the priorities of WHO is substantiated, the main forms of the organization's work in this direction are highlighted, its role as one of the coordinators of international cooperation in this area is emphasized. The authors emphasize the importance of taking into account the consequences of violence for women’s health, modernizing medical institutions, and developing unified action plans to improve the quality of service and trust |
