| Abstract: | Согласно индексу экологической эффективности 2018 г., Армения занимает 63 место среди 180 стран. Важнейшие проблемы страны связаны с загрязнением воздуха, защитой среды обитания (ареалов) и с неэффективным использованием водных ресурсов. Адаптация к изменению климата является также одной из приоритетных задач Республики Армения. В настоящее время, в соответствии с Национальной программой действий по охране окружающей среды, в стране оптимизируется использование природных ресурсов и определена общая политика в области охраны окружающей среды. |
| Abstract (in another language): | According to the 2018 Environmental Efficiency Index, Armenia ranks 63 among 180 countries. The biggest country challenges are air pollution, habitat protection (habitats), and the inefficient use of water resources. Adaptation to climate change is a priority of the Republic of Armenia. Currently, in accordance with the National Environmental Action Programme, the Republic of Armenia optimizes the use of natural resources and defines the overall country environmental policy. |
