Abstract: Using the model object influence of calcium/magnesium relation, potassium level and environment acidity on the radiocaesium accumulation by seedling roots from solution has been studied. It was shown, that rate of radiocaesium accumulation by seedling depends on relative share of selective and unselective pathways of radionuclide entering a root. Radiocaesium accumulation in plants is of minimal value on normal potassium level, neutral pH and relation of calcium/magnesium 2-5, when share of selective way is prevailed.
