| Abstract: | В статье описывается жизнь и деятельность епископа Георгия (Конисского), который, будучи главой последней в Речи Посполитой и ВКЛ православной епархии, активно боролся за восстановление прав православных верующих и установление конфессионального мира. = This article describes the life and the work of the Bishop George (Konissky), who as a head of the latter Orthodox Diocese in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and the the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, actively fought for the restoration of the rights of the Orthodox believers and for the establishment of confessional peace. |
