Abstract

The article presents the results of a comparison of reflective and non-reflective representatives subtypes highly emotional intelligence in terms of temperament, emotional creativity, personality traits and characteristics on socio-psychological adaptation. Found that, in contrast to the non-reflexive reflexive subtype reflective subtype in EI less pronounced and indicators of social emotionality, anxiety, propensity to guilt, maladaptive, rejection itself, rejection of others, emotional discomfort, external control, escapism combined with higher readiness, efficiency, effectiveness / authenticity, emotional creativity, measured by self-report, emotional stability, dominance, adaptability, adaptation, acceptance yourself, acceptance of others, emotional comfort, internality. Model checking by method of discriminant analysis showed that the representatives of a highly reflective subtype of highly emotional intelligence differ emotional stability and internality. Thus, the deeper the individual’s awareness of their own level of highly EI, the more pronounced his individual-typological and personal attributes that contribute to adaptability and experience of emotional well-being.
