| Abstract: | The conceptual foundations of engineering psychology and social determination of labor activity of the person is discussed in the article. Lacks of the subject-objective scheme of engineering psychology and its applicability to practice of designing of techniques are considered. = В статье обсуждается понятийный строй инженерной психологии, социальная детерминация трудовой деятельности человека.
