Финансирование здравоохранения как фактор детерминации здоровья населения

Abstract

The interrelation of population health indicators with financial expenses for health services, including the role of proportion of state financing in the structure of expenses for health protection is considered. Peculiarities of approaches to the decision of problems of public health services financing in the conditions of rigid economy and target expenditure of means in Belarus are revealed. = Рассмотрена взаимосвязь показателей здоровья населения с финансовыми затратами на здравоохранение, в том числе с долей государственного финансирования в структуре затрат на охрану здоровья. Раскрыты особенности подходов к решению проблем финансирования отрасли здравоохранения в условиях жесткой экономии и целевого расходования средств в Республике Беларусь.
