Abstract

The article considers some unknown issues of the constitutional law which are connected with the time periods determined by legislation. It analyses norms of concrete normative legal acts which contain the reference to certain time periods which are evaluated by the author from the point of view of the law enforcement practice and possible legal consequences. = Рассматриваются малоисследованные в конституционном праве вопросы, связанные с установленными в законодательстве сроками. Анализируются нормы конкретных правовых актов, содержащих указания на те или иные сроки, которые оцениваются автором с точки зрения правоприменительной практики и возможных правовых последствий.
