Критерии и модель интеллектуальной организации

Abstract

Theoretical analysis of the conception of intellectual organization is represented and main criteria is picked out in the article. It s mentioned that such organizations are characterized by the high quota of intellectual potential and high rate of the efficiency and productivity of activities in comparison with the competitors and/or other branch enterprises. The model of intellectual organization is represented in the article which revealed the essence and guiding principles of intellectual organization functioning. In order to substantiate the practical use of the model in conditions of homeland economy the ground research was carried out. Collection of data was performed on the basis of questioning managers and specialists of the domestic enterprises. It has been formulated and corroborated the hypothesis about the impact of ground elements of the model on the main indexes of intellectual potential which stipulates the efficiency and productivity of organization activity. = Приводится теоретический анализ концепции интеллектуальной организации, выделены ее основные критерии. Предложена модель такой организации, раскрыты ее сущность и принципы функционирования. Для обоснования практической применимости модели в условиях отечественной экономики проведено исследование, по результатам которого сформулирована и подтверждена гипотеза о влиянии базовых элементов модели на показатели интеллектуального капитала, что, в свою очередь, обусловливает эффективность и результативность деятельности организации.
