К вопросу о научном статусе социологии права

Abstract

Посвящена проблеме уточнения научного статуса социологии права. Рассматриваются вопросы о принадлежности социологии права к юридическим наукам, о степени ее сформи- рованности как самостоятельной науки. Обоб- щая все имеющиеся результаты исследований, автор последовательно обосновывает свою точку зрения и приходит к следующему выводу: социология права принадлежит к непозитивист- ким, правовым, несформированным отраслям знания. = This article is devoted to the problem of scientific status clarifying of the juridic sociology. It responds to questions about the place of the sociological concept among different concepts for law interpretation, the adherence of the law sociology to the juridic sciences, the degree of its formation as an independent one. The author generalizes all existing approaches for answers to questions and proves his point of view consistently. She comes to the conclusion about binding of the law sociology to nonformalizm, to the juridic, not completely formted branches of knowledge.
