Моделирование преступления на основе его криминалистической структуры

Abstract

Тhе characteristic features of modelling of a crime on the basis of knowledge of its criminality structure, connections between elements of the system of a crime and the reflections resulting from criminal event are considered in this article. It is noted that prospects of the offered approach are connected with the opportunity of application of model of a crime constructed on the basis of its criminality structure for solving one the most important problems in crime detection – the problem of identification. = Рассматриваются особенности моделирования преступления на основе знаний о его криминалистической структуре, связях между элементами системы преступления и отражениях, возникающих в результате преступного события. Отмечается, что перспективы предлагаемого подхода связаны с возможностью применения модели преступления, построенной на основе его криминалистической структуры, для решения одной из наиболее важных в криминалистике задач – идентификационной.
