Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation of the Mamluk state in Egypt. Special attention is paid to the attempts of obtaining Islamic legitimization for the coup d’etat organized by the Mamluks as well as to the domestic struggle and the repulse the Mongol invasion. = Посвящена становлению власти мамлюков в Египте. Особое внимание уделено попыткам получить исламскую легитимацию совершенного мамлюками переворота, а также внутриполитической борьбе и отражению монгольского вторжения.
