dc.description.abstractA novel method for the preparation of the luminescent monodisperse spherical core (SiO2)-shell (Y3Al5O12:Ce) particles was de- veloped by colloidal-chemical approach. The influence of the synthesis conditions on the phase composition and optical properties of samples was investigated. It was established that the most appropriate way to prepare core-shell system is to mix SiO2 particles with Y3Al5O12:Ce precursor in the form of sol with consequent two-stage heat treatment.ru
