Energy phases of the image rows and their application

Abstract

The model of grey scale image as a multivariate vector of energy phases of the rows, invariant to scaling and scene illumination, is proposed and investigated. The method of object detection on the non-uniformly scaled image sequence of an observable scene is considered. The correctness criterion of the digital methods of image scale change is adduced.
