dc.description.abstract | The paradigmatic shift from the concept of qualification to the concept of competence in the system of education in Russia has put forward new requirements for the development of flexible criterias to describe the outcomes of education. The description of competency establishes a relationship with such aspects of the educational process as building a multi-level, non-linear deployment training, the ability to build individual learning paths. This allows to achieve a common understanding of the content of qualifications in terms of levels of competencies and learning outcomes. This article proposes the use of semantic technologies to model the educational process. This article offers the approach to the creation and use of RDF schemas and vocabularies for educational purposes. On this basis it is possible to associate the methods of Learning Analytics and Linked data cloud. | ru |
