dc.description.abstractThis paper analyzes the impact of the quality of a financial website on the creation of trust by users toward the channel Internet. With this aim, a hypothesis which establishes a relationship between both constructs has been proposed. The hypothesis will allow verifying whether the design, navigation structure and the information contained on the site bring on the appearance of online trust in the user. Online trust is understood in terms of reliability and safety and privacy. In order to contrast the hypothesis, a causal model has been formulated.ru
