EL PERFIL ADMINISTRATIVO DE LA PYMES CONGELADORAS DE FRESA DE IRAPUATO

Abstract

This study is part of a larger project that includes a comparison of the administrative profiles of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) strawberry freezer of Michoacan, Baja California and Guanajuato. In the latter, is located Irapuato, considered “The Strawberry Capital” because its extensive leadership in the Mexican domestic market, but has lately been overtaken by Michocan and Baja California. Thatґs Why, we conducted this qualitative research, which this first stage consisted of administering a questionnaire to 71% of those companies whose primary goal is to study and determine the profile of SMEs Administrative Strawberry Freezers, located in the State of Guanajuato, Mexico, which are concentrated in the city of Irapuato. At the conclusion of the whole project, we can compare the administrative profiles of the SMEs strawberries freezer national leaders and we can contribute with information that allows them to be more competitive, these firms, in the Mexican domestic market.
