Abstract

Nowadays it is very important to finish the working-out base of legislative legal policy in the field of counteraction of corruption, which provides unity of strategy and actions all branches of State power. Legal mechanisms of realization of these policy is advisable to consolidate in legislative acts. Implementation of administrative responsibility for fulfillment of corrup- tion offences should be the main element of realization anticorruption policy.
