Формирование инновационных кластеров на основе государственно-частного партнерства

Abstract

The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that for the Republic of Belarus the development of clusters with the maximum degree of specialization and integration of production cooperation is an urgent task, since the benefits of a cluster groups are applicable to all levels of the national economy. There are certain prerequisites for the development of innovative clusters in the Republic of Belarus. For creation of innovative clusters special instruments of cluster devel- opment, supportive infrastructure, a methodology for cluster development monitoring and the incentive system of inno- vative activity stimulation should be created.
