Abstract

The concept of investing in human capital of workers, as part of the intellectual capital of organizations is indicated. A classification of investments in human capital in terms of media organizations and the state, and depending on the purpose of investment. The necessity of investing in human capital of workers to improve productivity and quality of work, profitability and business organizations, as well as increase the value of existing intellectual assets of the organization is proved.
