Abstract

Reinsurance represents system of the economic relations according to which the insurer, accepting on insurance risks, the part of responsibility on them transfers on the coordinated conditions to other insurers or the specialized resafety or- ganizations for the purpose of ensuring financial stability of insurance companies, creation whenever possible the balanced insurance portfolio and achievement of profitability of insurance operations. Thus functioning of the sphere of reinsurance isn't connected with formation of the new reserves intended for payment of insurance compensation but only with redistri- bution created before funds considerably reduces costs of society of the organization of insurance protectio.
