| Аннотация: | The article considers the theoretical and methodological support of the increase of the role of social capital as the factor of innovative development of the European countries with small economies. This social and economic phenomenon represents the mechanism of innovative development transactional costs decrease. On the basis of the analysis of social capital rate in a society and innovative development indicators in IUS-2010 it is suggested to calculate the Aggregate Indicator of Social Capital Usage in Innovative Development (as the ratio of Social Capital Index by the Indicators of Innovative Development and Summary Innovation Index). |
