Abstract

Syndactyly is the most popular anomaly of the brush׳s development which is characterized by the accretion of the fingers among themselves. This anomaly results to a social impracticality of the patients, that׳s why it demands the surgical treatment which is directed to a restoration of the fingers׳ form and function. The most rational method of the elimination of the simple form of the syndactyly of the third and fourth brush׳s fingers is a Z-shaped cut, Limberg׳s plastic and the plastic of a «swallow׳s tail׳s» type for the formation of an intermanual interval.
