Abstract

The aim of the research is analyze the current methods of surgical treatment of patients with lesions of the spleen.The object of the research are protocols of operations of the patients with lesions of spleen, isolated spleen (cell material). The methods of the research: Protocols of operations analyzed. We studied the proportion of patients by sex and age, the need for diagnostic laparoscopy, the nature of damages the spleen, the methods of surgery, depending on the degree of organ damage in different years. Anatomical specimens were prepared, counted the number of clippings on the edges of the body and determined their angle to the long axis of the spleen. Numerical material processed by methods of variation statistics.The results of the research are determined the frequency of diagnostic videolaparoskopy, the nature and location of damage to the spleen, splenic lesions with a combination of injuries of other body tissues, the main methods of surgical treatment of injuries of the spleen, depending on the nature of the damage the body, outward signs of human spleen segment boundaries.
