dc.description.abstractCeramic materials based on barium titanate which are modified by copper oxide were synthesized. The influence of synthesis temperature, re-heat treatment, the modifier oxide content and method of its introduction into the test material on the basic electrical and physico-chemical properties, as well as the microstructure and phase composition was studied. Investigations on possibility of using the developed materials as sensitive elements of gas sensors CO2/CO have been carried out.ru
