Тенденции мировой политики на современном этапе

Abstract

Major issues of contemporary tendencies of international policy faced by the main regions of the world are analysed. The author pays special attention to Europe and the European Union as the most significant and demonstrative in contemporary international policy. First it concerns the latest election events in Europe, the ratification of the European constitution and enlargement of the European Union. The article also considers the growth of China and its influence on the contemporary international policy in Asia and the Pacific region as well as its relations with neighbour countries. Special emphasis is placed on the main tendencies of policy in South-American countries, especially Venezuela. = Анализируются тенденции в политике и проблемы, стоящие перед основными регионами мира; особое внимание уделяется Европе и Европейскому союзу. Прежде всего это касается недавней избирательной кампании в странах Европы, утверждения ими Европейской Конституции, а также дальнейшего расширения ЕС. Отмечается возрастание мощи Китая в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе, большое внимание уделяется его отношениям с государствами-соседями. Отражаются также главные тенденции политики в Южной Америке, особенно в Венесуэле.
