Abstract

The synthetic theory of the emotional intelligence (EI) is suggested. In the theory the emotional intelligence is considered as a component of the intellectual sphere of the person, as the part of the social intellect. The emotional intelligence is interpreted as the system of intellectual abilities to analysis, processing and application of the emotional information. = Предложена синтетическая теория эмоционального интеллекта (ЭИ), в рамках которой он рассматривается в качестве компонента интеллектуальной сферы личности, составляющей социального интеллекта. Эмоциональный интеллект трактуется как системное проявление интеллектуальных способностей к анализу, обработке и использованию эмоциональной информации.
