Method A.M. Lyapunov‘s functions [1] for systems nonautonomous differential equations it was supplemented and has received the development in works of known authors Tchetaev N.G., Persidskii S.K., Kurzweil J., Barbashin E.A., Krasovskii N.N., Matrosov V.M., LaSalle J.P., Yoshizawa T., Artstein Z. and others. Here the basic assumption concerning auxiliary functions is the requirement of their definite positivity.
