Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены правовые и организационные аспекты развития таможенного дела в Федеративной Республики Германии, а также проблемы и перспективы совершенствования деятельности немецких таможенников в общей интеграционной системе таможенных служб Европейского Союза. = This article deals with the law and organizational aspects of the development of customs affairs in the Federal Republic of Germany: the problems and the prospects of the improvement of German customs officers’ activities in the common integrated system of customs services of the European Union are also presented.
