| Abstract: | Использование искусственного интеллекта в различных сферах жизнедеятельности положительно влияет на развитие общества, поскольку значительно упрощаются многие производственные процессы. Вместе с тем при использовании данных технологий возникают новые вызовы, сопряженные с крайне сложно просчитываемыми рисками. Анализ международных и национальных актов, регулирующих сферу применения искусственного интеллекта, показывает комплексность подходов, включающих как стратегическое планирование, стимулирующее развитие, так и принятие этических и правовых мер для минимизации рисков. Предлагаются пути развития регулирования технологий искусственного интеллекта в Республике Беларусь. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The use of artificial intelligence in various spheres of life has a positive effect on the development of society, since many production processes are significantly simplified. At the same time, when using these technologies, new challenges arise that are associated with extremely difficult to calculate risks. An analysis of international and national acts regulating the scope of artificial intelligence shows the complexity of approaches, including both strategic planning that stimulates development, and the adoption of ethical and legal measures to minimize risks. Ways to develop regulation of artificial intelligence technologies in the Republic of Belarus are proposed. |
