| Аннотация (на другом языке): | The article contains an analysis of the norms of the Constitution and effective legislation with a view to specify the possibilities for realization of the European Convention for the Protection of Huma n Rights and Fundamenta l Freedoms b y the Constitutional Court of the Republi c of Belarus and b y other national courts of law. Comparison is given of the norms of the European Convention for the Protection of Huma n Rights and Fundamenta l Freedoms and the Constitution of the Republi c of Belarus. The author come s to the conclusion on the necessity of realization of European standards in the field of huma n rights in Belarus, since the Constitution of Belarus will proclaim the supremacy of universally acknowledge d principles and norms of international law. The article reflects the significance of decisions of the European Court of Huma n Rights for forming legal positions of the Constitutional Court and other national courts of law. Some example s of such a normative effect o n the wor k of the Constitutional Court of the Republi c of Belarus are presecuted. |
