dc.description.abstract	В статье рассматриваются теории различных авторов командообразования, психологические аспекты тимбилдинга в высших учебных заведениях, как важного элемента формирования сплоченности студенческих групп. Особое внимание уделяется психологическим механизмам, способствующим успешной интеграции студентов в группу, снижению уровня тревожности и повышению мотивации к учебе. В статье озвучиваются вопросы влияния тимбилдинга на коллективное взаимодействие студентов и их эмоциональное состояние, методы и инструменты организации тимбилдинга, а также их эффективность в формировании позитивной атмосферы в учебных коллективах

Special attention is paid to the psychological mechanisms that contribute to the successful integration of students into the group, reduce anxiety and increase motivation to study. The article highlights the issues of the influence of team building on the collective interaction of students and their emotional state, methods and tools of organizing team building, as well as their effectiveness in creating a positive atmosphere in educational groups
