| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы и лучшие практики создания технического задания (ТЗ) – критически важного документа, определяющего успех разработки информационных систем, программных продуктов и других комплексных проектов. Описаны основные разделы и содержание ТЗ, типичные ошибки при его составлении, а также пути их решения. Особое внимание уделено применению SMART-подхода к формулировке целей и задач, визуализации требований и обеспечению обратной связи для повышения эффективности ТЗ |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses theoretical foundations and best practices of creating a Terms of Reference (ToR) – a critical document that determines the success of development of information systems, software products and other complex projects. It describes the main sections and contents of the TOR, typical mistakes in its preparation, as well as ways to solve them. Special attention is paid to the application of SMART approach to the formulation of goals and objectives, visualisation of requirements and providing feedback to improve the effectiveness of TOR |
