| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассмотрена стратегия региональной безопасности Австралии в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе (АТР) в 2008–2018 гг. Автор подробно рассказывает про существующие стратегии безопасности малых и средних стран: балансирование, примыкание и хеджирование, предоставляет различные классификации хеджирования, аргументирует использование Австралией легкого хеджирования и таких моделей хеджирования, как конвенциональное и политико-военное хеджирование, дает подробную их характеристику. Новизна данной работы заключается в том, что данная работа является первым комплексным русскоязычным исследованием Австралийской стратегии региональной безопасности в АТР, включающим аргументирование выбора определенной стратегии на основе междисциплинарного анализа преимущественно австралийских источников и историографии. Проблема стратегии региональной безопасности Австралии представляет научный интерес и является актуальной на современном этапе. В результате исследования автор приходит к выводу, что в период с 2008 по 2018 гг. Австралия применяла стратегию легкого хеджирования. Конкретными моделями хеджирования стали конвенциональное и политико-военное хеджирование. Результаты работы могут быть использованы для дальнейшей разработки данной темы, а также в комплексных исследованиях в сфере региональной и международной безопасности. | ru |

| dc.description.alternative | The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that the Asia-Pacific region is one of the most important nodes of world politics, where all sorts of interests of different countries intersect and where many sources of instability and threats to regional security remain. This study examines Australia's regional security strategy in the Asia-Pacific region in 2008–2018. The author details the existing security strategies of small and medium-sized countries: balancing, bandwagoning and hedging, provides various classifications of hedging, argues for the use of light hedging by Australia and such hedging models as conventional and political-military hedging, and also gives a detailed description of them. The novelty of this work is that this analysis is the first comprehensive Russian-language study of the Australian Regional Security Strategy in the Asia-Pacific Region, including the reasons for a particular regional strategy choice based on an interdisciplinary analysis of predominantly Australian sources and historiography. The practical significance of the study is that its main results can be used to further develop this topic and in more comprehensive studies in the field of regional security, they can be included in the courses at the Faculty of International Relations, and can also be used to develop proposals in the field of security strategy and international policy of the Republic of Belarus. | ru |
