| Abstract: | The dynamic analysis of structural, institutional and monetary spheres and mechanisms in transition economies allowed the author to state the applicability of economic theories to their description regardless of social, political or historical context. On the basis of assumptions concerning the function of money and the theory of exchange value the article explores the problems of inner growth in the centrally planned system and argues, logically and empirically, the "non-neutrality" of money. |
