Подчеркивается, что осознание смысла способствует формированию целостной структуры смысла и регулирует профессиональную сферу. Авторы указывают, что смысл не просто обнаруживается, а активно распознается и воплощается. Особое внимание уделяется изменениям личности в контексте профессиональной деятельности, где отмечается, что лишенная смысла профессия может вызвать отчуждение и патологические изменения в смысловой сфере личности
