| dc.description.abstract | Проанализирована динамика развития малого и среднего бизнеса в районах Гродненской области за 2016, 2018 и 2020 гг. Cформирована система показателей, отражающая результативность предпринимательства в районах. С помощью методов прикладной статистики построен интегральный показатель для изучаемых регионов на основе панельных данных. По значению интегрального показателя произведена классификация районов. В методике построения интегрального показателя не использованы экспертные оценки. Выделены основные факторы дифференциации по районам. Проведен анализ динамики рейтинга районов за каждый год изучения, а также изменение рейтинга каждого региона за изучаемый период. | ru |

| dc.description.alternative | The dynamics of development of small and medium-sized businesses in the districts of the Grodno region for 2016, 2018 и 2020 are analyzed. A system of indicators reflecting the effectiveness of entrepreneurship in the districts has been formed. Using the methods of applied statistics, an integral indicator for the studied regions is constructed on the basis of panel data. According to the value of the integral indicator, the classification of districts was made. The methodology for constructing the integral indicator does not use expert assessments. The main factors of differentiation by districts are highlighted. The analysis of the dynamics of the rating of districts for each year of study, as well as the change in the rating of each region for the studied period. | ru |
